THE UK GOVERNMENT RINGS OUT THE “DEATH KNELL” FOR FATHER’S

This week marks a dark turning point for fathers across the UK.

The Government, cheered on by the fanatical women’s aid lobby, has declared open season on dads by tearing up the “presumption of parental involvement.”

They say it’s to “protect children from abusive parents.”

Don’t be fooled.

When they say “abusive parents,” they mean fathers.

This is not about safety. It’s about power. It’s about silencing fathers, erasing them from their children’s lives, and pretending it’s justice.

The truth?

The Family Court already has every tool it needs to protect children in genuine cases of abuse. Judges can block contact, issue safeguarding orders, and take swift action when real danger exists. That’s never been in doubt.

But those cases, the truly dangerous, proven ones, are the rare exception.

The overwhelming majority of family court cases are not about abuse. They’re about control, conflict, and heartbreak, yet fathers are treated like criminals by default.

Now, with this latest betrayal, every decent, loving, safe father in Britain has been thrown under the bus.

Step 3: Let the system do the rest. There is no presumption of involvement now anyway so forget trying to argue that!

Cafcass, quoting PD12J, freezes contact “pending investigation.” which can often mean no contact for at least 6-12 months while the courts barely drags itself along under its failing new “Pathfinder” system, because it fails to send out Orders, loses key correspondence and has no listings or availability, while your child grows up without you.

And when the allegations are found to be baseless? Nothing happens. No accountability. No apology. Just a Judge who shrugs their shoulders, a father left broken, emotionally, financially, and children cut off from a decent loving father.

That’s not protection. That’s institutionalised child abuse.

By scrapping the presumption of parental involvement, the Government has handed every bitter ex-partner a weapon, and every father a warning:

“You are guilty until proven innocent.”

The message is clear, fathers are no longer presumed necessary. They are presumed dangerous.

And it won’t stop here. The feminised policy machine has already set its sights on the next target, parental responsibility itself.

Once that’s gone, fathers will be reduced to sperm donors with no legal standing, no rights, and no voice.

Make no mistake, this is a coordinated dismantling of fatherhood, one law at a time.

The Government’s claim that this move “puts children’s wellbeing first” is a disgraceful lie.

Children need both parents. They need balance, stability, love, not politically driven witch hunts that punish fathers for daring to care.

Destroying a father’s bond with his child does not protect children, it destroys them.

And yet, that is exactly what this government, fuelled by a hardline feminist agenda, is now doing.

Fathers are not the enemy.

They are parents, protectors, and providers, and we as a society should stand up and say we are done with this legalised scapegoating.

It’s time to fight back.

To stand up for fairness, for evidence, and for the simple truth that a child deserves both parents, not the state picking sides.

This isn’t reform.

It’s revenge dressed as virtue.

And unless fathers, and those who support them, unite and push back now, the next generation will grow up believing dads don’t matter and the state will become the father.
